I'm trying to live life by example and share stories and inspiration as I do. I offer some tips and some real-life experiences. I might even thrown in a feature from a guest blogger or two.
It's not always easy, and there is never a "best" time. But I'm here to help you every step of the way!
It doesn't take countless hours in the gym or eliminating all your favorite foods. What it does require is a new approach that includes patience, commitment and the ability to see that the small things DO matter.
What a time to embrace change!
It didn't take long for me to start feeling (and seeing) the best of myself shine through.
It opened my eyes to the fact that a healthy lifestyle is more than just an hour a day at the gym.
And the kicker -- it's easier than I thought!
In 2012 I moved to Little Rock and decided it was time to share my journey with others. I became a certified Group Fitness Instructor, leading a small group of women in my neighborhood on a journey to fitness that became so much more to me.
Fast forward to right now - I hold a MS in Exercise Science & Health Promotion and am an ACE Certified Medical Exercise Specialist. And I get to work every day doing what I love!
Life doesn't get much better than that.
