Reward Yourself!

Below are 35 non-food rewards to help you reach your goals. This is just a suggestion - find something that you enjoy and go with that.

  1. Give yourself permission to take a nap.
  2. Visit a library or bookstore by yourself. 
  3. Enjoy a guilt-free “me time” afternoon.

  5. Spend an hour away from your phone or computer.
