How much exercise are you really getting? Let's find out!

Looking at Our New Year's card/calendar this morning struck me with an idea -- why not track my exercise and activity this year?

Those blue dots over 4 of the first 5 days in January?  Workout dots!  

If you've ever wondered how much you really workout, tracking is the easiest easiest way to get a true idea.  There's no grey area.   

For 2015 I plan to put a blue dot on everyday that I hike, bike, run, swim, workout for more than 30 minutes.  I can't wait until December to see the results.

Its not too late to start your own tracker -- on your phone, in an app, on paper.  Whatever your method, seeing it in writing paints a realistic picture and shows room for improvement in activity levels.
